Our backups are scheduled to start at 9:19 UTC. Yesterday at this moment Hannes and I were heavily upgrading. So I must restore the backup of Jan 16, not Jan 17.

I started sudo apt upgrade: 238 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.
