• 9 mois, 3 semaines ago by Sharif Mehedi about #6540 (Resizable text frames in the editor) (1 reply) : Locally I have tables available on a textbox. but for some reason the table formats (i.e. classnames) are not persisting. Test text box
• 9 mois, 3 semaines ago by Luc Saffre in reply to Sharif Mehedi about #6540 (Resizable text frames in the editor) : I'd say yes, try. Afaics a textbox is just a div, so why would it not be able to contain a table?
• 9 mois, 3 semaines ago by Sharif Mehedi about #6540 (Resizable text frames in the editor) (1 reply) : A textbox can contain only Block blots (<p> tags) for the moment. I can try to have tables as well.
• 9 mois, 3 semaines ago by Luc Saffre about #6540 (Resizable text frames in the editor) : There is no properties dialog for text box where we could specify a class name. Do we want to use the list of ImageFormats also for text boxes? Right now I cannot insert a table into a text box (would that make sense at all?)
• 9 mois, 3 semaines ago by Luc Saffre about #6540 (Resizable text frames in the editor) : Works nicely also on my computer. And indeed, the box doesn't float in publisher.

• 9 mois, 4 semaines ago by Luc Saffre about #6540 (Resizable text frames in the editor) : The world is waiting for this...
• 10 mois ago by Luc Saffre about #6540 (Resizable text frames in the editor) : Maybe not a table but rather a div with a certain class (a customized blot), and have this rendered to quill-blot-formatter. The manipulation would be similar to a text box in LibreOffice writer: double-click to start editing the content, otherwise it behaves like an image object.
• 10 mois, 1 semaine ago by Luc Saffre about #6540 (Resizable text frames in the editor) : I had a look at lino_react/react/components/quillmodules.tsx, which is a good entry point into Quill customization.
• 10 mois, 1 semaine ago by Luc Saffre about #6540 (Resizable text frames in the editor) : Maybe a table with only one row and one column. But tables should then be resizable and floatable, like images.
• 10 mois, 1 semaine ago by Luc Saffre about #6540 (Resizable text frames in the editor) : Created new Ticket #6540 (Resizable text frames in the editor).
