The publisher.PageItem model ist the wrong approach. It (1) difficult and (2) useless to store the content of an html page and a book (a bigger printable document) in a same database model. publisher.PageItem becomes books.BookItem, and the related logic of publisher.Page goes to a new model books.Book.

Demo data still needs some example of a book without songs. Data migration on ets will need to manually create a books.Book and then convert publiser_pageitem to BookSection records of this book.
