#6782 (Explicit column widths don't work in FinalRatingsByExam)

In prima1, FinalRatingsByExam has column_names set to "enrolment:20 score challenge__max_score remark:40 *", so the "enrolment" column should have half of the width of "remark". But it hasn't:

I am marking this ticket as ready.
