#6828 (Create a new Household membership doesn't fill action parameter values)

Résumé

How to reproduce: in amici1 sign in as robin, open the detail view of some person, switch to the "Family" tab, then in the "Household memberships" panel klick on "create a new one". Lino opens an insert window, whose first field should be filled with the person you were on, but now it is empty.
