The Merge button is unavailable as long as the pipeline of the MR is still "pending". Seems that it goes from "pending" to "failed" after a certain timeout.

And JMK's monthly or daily quota for the public runner was consumed. By clicking on "Approve" I enabled the Merge button without waiting for the pipeline to finish.

The first MR to accept is gitlab.com/lino-framework/xl/-/merge_requests/15 but this MR doesn't let me accept it, it says "Checking if merge request can be merged…" and the job is "stuck because there is no runner to accept it".
