#6968 (Strange behaviour with EventsByDay and params_panel_hidden)

Kurzbeschreibung
In PatrolsPlanner, click on a date to open the Day detail, then click on the ↗ detail arrow of a day. It shows a list of events on that date. Clicking again on the ↗ of an event shows the detail of that event. And that detail has a parameter panel.

The word "hidden" is irritating here because it's not hidden, it's just collapsed. And having to set it to False is counter-intuitive.
