#6983 (Rename Controllable to Ownable and "controller" to "owner")

Résumé
The internal field name is "owner", but the verbose name and the name of the mixin is "Controllable". That's because long time ago I thought that "controller" would be a better word, but I didn't change the field name to owner because I wasn't yet sure and because I didn't want my idea to cause a database migration. Meanwhile I'd say that "Owner" is as good as "Controller", and even better because it's shorter. So let's change back the mixin name and the default verbose_name of the owner field.
