#7044 (My past presences)

Kurzbeschreibung
- Users should see their history. Also the coordinator.
- A way to mark events as closed.
- Site staff should see a list of overdue reports (date in the past but not closed)
- "Patrols history" = same as patrols planner but for past events
Side effect: I renamed "My presences" to "My upcoming attendance" (The word "presences" was a wrong translation from French "présences").
