Hamza, please have a look at  [url travis-ci.org/lsaffre/lino/jobs/114406227#L1114]. I remember that you removed that ReportLab version requirement in setup_info.py for some reason. What happens if you just restore it? I think the problem then was that RL before 2.1 doesn't work on Python3. Maybe you can test the python version and add the version spec only when running in Python 2.
