#2634 (Review implementation of online registration)

Summary

We should maybe remove the MTI relation Person->User. It is in Jane only because once we planned to have online registration. This feature is currently not used in Jane, neither is it elsewhere. We should leave that feature activated in Jane (as a pilot project) but reimplement it so that users are no longer an MTI child of Person.

And I seem to prefer the Google way of naming things. The React front end still has at least one place where it says "Login" and "Logout" (in the user menu). We should chan...
