#3869 (Update site data after a server software upgrade)

Summary

After a server software upgrade my browser (at least Firefox, maybe others as well) doesn't get notified that site data has changed. Sh+Ctrl+R is not enough, I need to manually remove "cookies and site data" in my preferences.

4 years, 11 months ago by Luc Saffre about #3869 (Update site data after a server software upgrade) : Sharif noted a possible explanation: if we fail to restart nginx after an upgrade, the static files probably remain the nginx cache. I now changed the instructions in hg to say that we do need to restart nginx as well.
