#3917 (Lino forgets the journal after saving a bank statement)

Summary

To reproduce, open a detail window in a table with a master instance (e.g. any of the XxxByJournal tables), unregister the voucher to make it editable, then press twice Ctrl+S or the Save button. After the second time, the Window title changes to "None".

It was a bug in linoweb.js, a missing "st.base_params = panel.get_base_params();" when the PUT returns a data_record. Wow, unbelievable that this bug has been living for so long time without being reported!
