After pulling all repos, runser fails in noi1r with the following exception: HTTPConnectionPool(host='localhost', port=9200): Max retries exceeded with url: /global (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7ff01e26f8d0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused',))

Until I figure this out properly and congregate it with other things, disabling SiteSearch should remove this error message.
