4 Jahre, 5 Monate ago von Sharif Mehedi about #4495 (cms demo loops with update_found) : this happened because code_mtime checks for Site.is_demo_site and if the site is NOT a demo site then it takes the value of the modification time of the settings.py file (we wanted to have it this way in production servers).
