  • 3 years, 8 months ago by Luc Saffre about #4784 (Start using subscriptions on Jane) : I am confused: the invoices in Jane have no print button while those in noi1r do. And after 1 hour of trying to find out why, I still don't get it. Must wait for my next session.
  • 3 years, 8 months ago by Luc Saffre about #4784 (Start using subscriptions on Jane) : Uff: After another session of local "debugging", I finally got Jane to generate an invoice with the working sessions of the guinea pig customer. Next step is how to present them when printing the invoice as a pdf file.
  • 3 years, 8 months ago by Luc Saffre about #4784 (Start using subscriptions on Jane) : Together wth Sharif I found out that get_invoice_items() returns nothing (but the related logger message wasn't logged, seems that it gets swallowed by BufferedLogServer)...
  • 3 years, 8 months ago by Luc Saffre about #4784 (Start using subscriptions on Jane) : Jane still doesn't suggest any invoicing for my guinea pig customer. I locally enabled logger.info() messages in invoicing.Plan.fill_plan() and observed. Did not yet understand the observations. Everything seems okay except for the result...
  • 3 years, 8 months ago by Luc Saffre about #4784 (Start using subscriptions on Jane) : I fixed this problem and another one both locally and in the repositories.

That number happened to exceed 999:59 hours. The current solution was both naive and unefficient: it tried to call the field's clean() method, expecting...
  • 3 years, 8 months ago by Luc Saffre about #4784 (Start using subscriptions on Jane) : Jane is back, and I got one little step further. Next problem is that for some sessions the computed duratoin is more than 999:59 and therefore checkdata -f got a django.core.exceptions.ValidationError: {'computed_duration': ['Ensure this value has at most 6 characters (it has 7).']}. That's for tom...
  • 3 years, 8 months ago by Luc Saffre about #4784 (Start using subscriptions on Jane) : I will probably update Jane in a few minutes (because I want to advance with the subscriptions).
  • 3 years, 9 months ago by Luc Saffre about #4784 (Start using subscriptions on Jane) : And I don't need to do this manually: I can simply update the TicketOrderChecker and run it again (after deleting the existing subscriptions if needed). Maybe we also want a ref field for subscriptions (instead of using the "subject" field as we do now. But I still can't decide whethter this ref fie...
  • 3 years, 9 months ago by Luc Saffre about #4784 (Start using subscriptions on Jane) : And my (still vague) plan is to delete (1) the projects having a ref starting with "cust." and (2) the subscriptions having a ref NOT starting with "cust."
  • 3 years, 9 months ago by Luc Saffre about #4784 (Start using subscriptions on Jane) : The current list of SLAs has been populated from the list of Sites ("Projects") during the 20221231 upgrade. Actually after the upgrade by running the TicketOrderChecker.
  • 3 years, 9 months ago by Luc Saffre about #4784 (Start using subscriptions on Jane) : Created new Ticket #4784 (⚹ Start using subscriptions on Jane).
