The reason for this issue was that I hadn't released rstgen to pypi after an "avalanche of changes caused by #4935 (bug with picture format in [ERROR list index out of range in '[upload]' at position 286-294] memo command)" in April.

I will temporarily deactivate the NOT logging on Jane now.
