Summary

For example pm prep fails in noi2 because lino_xl/lib/blogs/fixtures/demo.py tries to access internet when it saves a sources.Source.

Or the docs/dev/redirected.rst file is actually nonsense as part of the test suite, this should be done by a monitoring tool.
