#6221 (getlino configure forgets to install channels and some other packages)

1 year, 3 months ago by Luc Saffre about #6221 (getlino configure forgets to install channels and some other packages) : getlino.utils.Installer.install_repo(), which runs "pip install -e REPO" now also runs "pip install -r REPO/requirements.txt" if such a file exists. This should fix the issue. Actually we should get completely rid of the requirements.txt files but that's another ticket.
