Comment.as_paragraph() : in a text like "15 hours ago by luc in reply to 8lurry about #5350 (Write a first prototype for pronto (checkout pronto))", the user after "in reply to" shouldn't be in bold but in italics.
Send a notification when a webforms.CreateUserRequest gets executed to create a user.
