- 7 months ago by Luc Saffre about #6687 (The farm command) : I had the first case where farm was useful: I said farm run "grep root: /etc/aliases" to find out that for example inin3 still has "root: hannes" in it aliases.
- 7 months ago by Luc Saffre about #6687 (The farm command) : Let's think together: I'm wondering whether we can use "journalctl -o json" in farm to make something useful. I got the idea while reading linuxblog.io/journalctl-guide-reading-linux-system-logs
- 7 months ago by Luc Saffre about #6687 (The farm command) : I moved the atelier.utils.load_config() function to rstgen.utils.load_conf_py_files() and use it now in lino_farm as well.
- 7 months ago by Luc Saffre about #6687 (The farm command) : lino_farm.utils currently says import_module('ourdata.servers') and that works, but it requires manipulating the PYTHONPATH. Installation is much easier if we use a system like atelier where we walk over a list of config files and execute them if they exist.
